The forum, which opened on November 28 in the scientific library of TSU, was attended by representatives of universities in France, the Netherlands, the UK and China, it was held with the support of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation, the Tomsk administration, the French Embassy in Russia, Tomsk state University, the research Center of TSU “TRANS-Siberian scientific way” and other Russian and foreign partners.
